After 12 months:
Yes. There is no monthly fee, no annual renewal, and no upgrade required. You pay $200 when you join. That is the only invoice Coach Schedule ever sends you. The session fee on bookings covers the platform infrastructure going forward.
Nothing changes. Your profile stays active, your 3% rate stays locked, and all tools stay free. There is no expiration, no renewal, and no upgrade required. Founding members get the full tool suite free for as long as they are on the platform. Separately, you will have the option to add Coach Schedule Pro, a paid tier with deeper practice management features. Pro is optional and does not affect your founding membership.
The founding 100 coaches are joining a new platform before it has a track record. That takes trust. The 3% rate is the reward for showing up first. It covers credit card processing and a small platform margin, and it stays locked for founding members regardless of what happens to the standard rate later.
Coaches 101-200 pay a 10% session fee, and tools are billed separately rather than included free. The higher rate covers credit card processing plus a larger platform margin to fund the directory's continued growth. After 200 coaches, the directory closes to new applications.
No. You can link your profile to your existing Calendly, Acuity, or any other scheduling tool. The session fee only applies to bookings processed through Coach Schedule. If you prefer to manage your own payments, your listing works as a discovery channel only.
Coach Schedule is exclusively for graduates of Keith Webb's CRM Coaches training program. If you completed CRM Coaches training, you qualify. Coaches trained through other programs are not eligible.
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. Coach Schedule is a discovery platform. Clients searching for a CRM-trained coach will find your profile. Whether they book depends on your bio, your specialty, your location, your rate, and how well your profile communicates your value. We give you the best possible surface area. The rest is yours. Coaches with complete profiles and strong bios consistently outperform sparse ones.
Calendly handles scheduling after someone already knows you exist. Coach Schedule is how people find you in the first place. If you already have a website generating consistent client inquiries, you may not need Coach Schedule. If you are a newly trained coach without an established online presence, a searchable directory profile gives you immediate visibility without building anything from scratch.
